Agent Action - Custom API

Enable agents to dynamically invoke custom APIs during calls as an action. For example, agents can call an API to verify whether a caller is an existing or new customer by passing the phone number or other relevant data. Based on the API response, the agent can adapt the conversation flow accordingly.

Provide real-time, data-driven decision-making during calls by integrating external APIs seamlessly into the agent’s workflow.
