Agent Action - Send SMS

Enable a built-in action that allows voice agents to send SMS messages during a call, based on triggers defined in natural language. For example, if a caller says, “Can you text me the address?”, the agent should recognize this intent and automatically send a pre-configured SMS.

Goal:
Enhance call interactions by allowing dynamic, context-aware SMS delivery without manual intervention—improving responsiveness and user experience.
