Import Number from Twillo

Enable the ability to import existing phone numbers purchased on Twilio into the platform. This allows businesses to continue using their already-acquired Twilio numbers without disruption. Additionally, support for SIP integration with Twilio should be provided to facilitate direct voice routing and advanced telephony features.

Goal:
Simplify onboarding for users with existing Twilio setups and offer robust SIP support to enhance call handling and infrastructure flexibility.
