How It Works:
Three timers sit at the top: Setup Time, Agent Delivery Time, and Go-Live Time, showing exactly where the process slows down. Below that, a status breakdown shows how many businesses sit in each stage right now, so a backlog shows up before it becomes a problem.
A source chart shows how much of your pipeline is organic versus referral.
