🚩 Flag calls in one click, and early access to Workflows(AI Admin)

New Feature: Report an Issue, Right from Call Logs

Our system already catches a lot of problem calls on its own, but no automated check catches everything. Now your team can flag a call the moment something feels off, and it goes straight to your agency for review.

What's New:

  • Report any call in one click, right from Call Logs: No separate ticket, no email thread, just open the call and flag it.

  • The system still flags issues automatically, this gives your team a way to catch what it doesn't, a tone that felt off, a resolution that wasn't quite right, anything the AI wouldn't know to flag itself.

  • Once submitted, the report saves against that exact call's Session ID and gets sent to your agency for further review, so nothing gets flagged into a void.

  • Edit anytime before it's reviewed: Learn more about what happened after you've already reported it? Update the description anytime with a single click, no need to start over.

  • Visible at a glance: A flag icon appears next to any reported call right in the Call Logs list, and hovering over it shows the issue without opening the call. Anyone on your team can see instantly what's already been flagged.

Why This Matters

Problem conversations get caught by your team, not just by the system, and every flagged issue reaches your agency with the context they need to act on it. Nothing slips through because it wasn't automatically detected, and your team never has to leave the log or open a separate ticket to raise it.

Enhancements

  • Smarter Worksheet columns: Number, Single Select, Date & Time columns now work as proper manual fields your team can use after a call, tagging statuses, logging amounts, scheduling follow-ups, without your AI agent touching them. Less clutter, clearer handoff between what the agent captures and what your team manages.

  • Control what operators hear on warm transfer: Choose whether your AI agent gives the receiving operator a quick recap before connecting, or skips straight to the handoff. Share Summary keeps your team briefed before they pick up, Skip Summary gets callers connected faster when speed matters more.

  • Filter Signals by keyword: The Signals tab now lets you filter by specific keywords, including the custom ones you've added for your business, so you can pull up exactly the calls that matter, whether that's "Missed Appointment" or a keyword unique to your practice.

  • Tell us why you're leaving: If you ever cancel your subscription, you can now share a reason and a bit of feedback on your way out. It's optional, but it helps us understand what wasn't working and improve the platform for everyone else.

Beta Feature: Workflows - Your AI Admin

Your AI Receptionist handles the call. Workflows handle everything your team used to chase down afterward, without anyone lifting a finger.

Think of it this way: your receptionist waits for the phone to ring. Workflows don't wait for anything. They watch your data continuously, and the moment something needs to happen, a patient becomes due for a recall, a slot opens up from a cancellation, a balance goes unpaid, the workflow starts on its own and runs the whole process end to end: outbound calls, texts, and emails, with your records updated automatically and every step logged.

A couple of ways this plays out in practice:

  • A cancellation opens up a slot. Instead of that slot sitting empty, Workflows instantly contacts patients on your waitlist, confirms who's available, and books the first response directly into your calendar, no staff member dialing down a list.

  • A patient falls overdue for a visit. Workflows sends a reminder, waits to see if they book, and if they don't, follows up with a call that offers real open times and books it on the spot. If they book at any point, the workflow simply stops, no duplicate outreach.

You stay in control of how independently each workflow runs. Routine work, reminders, confirmations, recall campaigns, can run fully on its own. This is where Kickcall starts acting less like a receptionist and more like an AI Admin, handling the work around the call, not just the call itself.

This is currently in beta and available to select businesses. If you'd like it enabled for your business, reach out to your agency to get started.
