A request has been raised to enhance the AI’s location handling functionality using the locations configured within the Knowledge Base.

The AI should be able to:

• Correctly identify and list physical clinic locations when asked by callers

• Identify the nearest clinic location based on the caller’s provided location or city

• Suggest the most relevant clinic branch dynamically during the conversation flow
