Inbound: Last-Minute Customer updates, Send Notification to provider

Enable the AI agent to handle last-minute patient updates and immediately notify the relevant provider or staff member in real time.

Supported scenarios include:

  1. Running Late: When a patient calls to inform the practice that they will be late (e.g., 5–10 minutes), the AI instantly notifies the assigned provider or office staff.

  2. Appointment Cancellation: When a patient calls to cancel an appointment and didn’t give details for Appointment Cancelation and sends an immediate notification to the appropriate provider or team.
