Play thinking audio cue during AI agent response

When a caller finishes speaking, the AI agent takes 2–3 seconds to respond, causing silence that feels like a dropped call. A subtle ambient sound or soft filler audio should play during this gap to keep the caller engaged and reassured that the agent is processing their query.
