We've introduced a centralized Notifications Centre to keep both agencies and businesses informed about critical events in real time. For agency and business users, this means all system alerts, from billing to integrations to onboarding, now appear in one central place instead of requiring you to check multiple sections manually.

• Centralized Notification Centre: A bell icon in the top-right corner shows all your updates at a glance, with a badge so you always know when something new has come in.

• Real-Time Event Notifications: Get notified the moment something important happens, without manually checking.

• Agency-Level Notifications: Agencies can track activity across all managed businesses, including onboarding submissions, billing events, integration changes, business status updates, and AI recommendations.

• Business-Level Notifications: Businesses get alerts for things that directly affect them, including billing updates, integration issues, and AI recommendations.

• Notification Management Controls: Mark individual notifications as read, clear them all at once, delete them, and see exactly when each one arrived.
