New Feature: Agent Versioning

What if you could change your AI agent without ever worrying about breaking what already works?

Every agent now keeps a full version history, covering published releases and drafts, so you can see exactly what changed, when, and by whom. For business users, this means you can update your AI agent without worrying about breaking what already works.

What's New In Agent Versioning

  • Full Version Tracking: Every change to an agent is saved as a version, with published releases and drafts listed separately.

  • Timestamped Change Log: Each version shows a timestamp and who made the change, so you always know what's live.

  • Pre-Publish Issue Detection: Before publishing, the system scans your workflow and flags problems, such as a missing worksheet, a thin prompt, or an unused tool, so issues get caught before they go live.

  • Named Releases with Diff Views: When publishing, name the release, add a description, and review what changed through a Semantic Diff (plain-language summary) or a JSON Diff (line-by-line detail).

  • Compare Any Two Versions: Check any two versions, published or draft, against each other, anytime.

Why This Matters

For business users, this removes the guesswork from updating your AI agent. You catch mistakes before they reach a live agent, and every release comes with a clear record of what changed and why.

πŸ“ Where to find it: Go to Configure β†’ Identity β†’ Edit Conversation Flow , once you are in the Edit Conversation Flow view, it is located right at the top right corner (beside test workflow).

Other Feature Enhancements

  1. Warm transfer charges now reflected in billing: Warm call transfers now show up as their own line item on your monthly bill.

  2. Transfer to Agent, now under Operator: When setting up a Call Transfer rule, you can now send calls straight to an agent from the Operator options, no separate setup needed.

Transfer calls directly to AI agents

  3. Tool activity now visible in Call & Chat Logs: See exactly which tools your agent used during a conversation and what came back, right in the conversation timeline. Useful for spotting exactly where something went right or wrong.

See tool usage and results in Call & Chat Logs

  4. All call notifications in one place: SMS and email notifications sent during or after a call now show up directly in the call's details, who got what, when, and whether it was delivered.

View all SMS and email notifications in call details
  5. Filter Call Logs by Archived status: Find archived calls instantly with a new filter option, no more digging through active records to find them.

  6. Live duration counter for ongoing calls: Calls in progress now show a running timer in Call Logs, so you can see how long a call has been going without opening it.

Track ongoing call duration directly in Call Logs
