Telephony in Kickcall is built for VoIP MSPs. You connect a telephony provider once at the agency level, then enable it for the specific businesses you manage — so those businesses can activate and use numbers from their own Connect Phone screen without ever creating their own provider account.
Where to find this: Agency dashboard → Telephony. Each provider has its own tab and is configured independently.

Supported telephony providers
Twilio — Connect your Twilio account and SIP trunk, and let your businesses provision numbers through it.
Bandwidth — Connect your Bandwidth account and Messaging Application for numbers plus SMS delivery status.
NetSapiens — Connect any VoIP solution built on NetSapiens and map Kickcall businesses to NetSapiens domains.
Asterisk — Connect your Asterisk PBX, map your existing Asterisk businesses, and sync their users as Business Operators.
Other Carriers — For providers without a native integration, businesses can bring their own carrier via SIP.In development
Need another telephony solution? We are continuously adding more telephony integrations. If your telephony solution isn't on the list, reach out to Kickcall support and request it — your request goes straight to our roadmap.
How agency telephony works
Configure the provider — enter your provider credentials on that provider's tab under Telephony.
White-label it (optional) — upload a logo (recommended 200×60px, PNG or SVG) and set a display name, so businesses see your brand instead of the provider's.
Confirm and save — tick the confirmation checkbox and click Configure.
Map and sync, where applicable — multi-tenant providers such as NetSapiens and Asterisk require mapping each Kickcall business to its account on the provider side, and syncing users into Business Operators.
Enable it per business — go to Businesses, click the Edit (pencil) icon for a business, check the provider under Telephony Services, and click Update.
Configuring is not the same as enabling. Saving a provider's configuration only makes it available as an option. Each business must be enabled individually — enabling one business does not enable the others.
The "From Number"
Twilio and Bandwidth both ask for a From Number. This is the default number Kickcall uses to send SMS notifications, alerts and system notes to the businesses you manage. It is separate from any number a business's agent uses to handle calls.
What businesses see
Once a provider is enabled for a business, it appears on that business's Connect Phone screen alongside any other enabled providers, under your white-label branding if you configured it. The business activates a number there — no provider account or technical setup required on their end.
