Forward calls from your Verizon business line to your dedicated Kickcall AI phone number.

Turn on call forwarding

1. On your main Verizon handset, dial *72.

2. Enter the 10-digit Kickcall AI phone number — e.g. 8881234567.

3. Press # (or wait for the confirmation tone) and hang up.

Verizon Wireless customers can also manage forwarding from the My Verizon app or website under Device → Manage → Call Forwarding.

Turn off call forwarding

1. Dial *73 from your main Verizon handset.

2. Wait for the confirmation tone, then hang up.

What this does

Call forwarding redirects every incoming call to your Kickcall AI agent. When forwarding is disabled, calls go directly to your main business line and your staff must answer in person.
